FAQ
Your Questions, Answered
Straight answers about what VenAI does, how it works under the hood, and what it actually costs.
01 General
What does VenAI actually do?
VenAI builds and manages AI systems that answer calls, qualify leads, follow up on enquiries, and help your business book more work.
Is this just software?
No. VenAI is a done-for-you managed service. We build it, train it, test it, launch it, and keep improving it.
Is VenAI replacing my staff?
No. VenAI removes repetitive front-desk load and helps your team focus on higher-value work.
Is this a generic chatbot?
No. Every VenAI system is trained to your business, your services, and your customer flow.
02 Technical
What platforms do you work with?
VenAI is platform-agnostic. We integrate seamlessly with your existing CRM, industry-standard booking calendars, and current phone systems to ensure a smooth, automated workflow without disrupting your business.
What AI model do you use?
We use a proprietary blend of advanced Large Language Models, custom-trained and optimised specifically for your industry's brand voice and compliance requirements.
How does the voice work?
We utilise high-fidelity, low-latency neural voice engines that are calibrated for natural, human-like conversation.
03 Pricing & Contracts
Does the monthly fee include phone usage?
The monthly fee covers system access, setup, optimisation, and support. Phone, SMS, and AI call usage are billed separately each month based on actual volume, at cost. No usage minimums apply.
Why is usage billed separately?
Phone, SMS, and AI costs vary by volume. Separating usage keeps pricing transparent and ensures you only pay for actual activity.
Do you lock clients into long contracts?
Most services start with a 3-month minimum term so the system can be properly built, tested, and optimised. After that, plans continue month-to-month.
How do cancellations work?
After the initial term, you can cancel with 30 days' written notice before your next billing date.
Do you offer refunds?
Setup fees are non-refundable once work begins. Monthly fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period. Phone, SMS, and AI usage charges are non-refundable once incurred.
04 Getting Started
How fast can this go live?
Most systems can be ready in a few days once scripts, routing, and integrations are approved.
Do I need to change my current phone number?
No. In most cases, your current number can be kept and routed into the system.
How do I get started?
Book a consultation. We'll map your current lead flow, identify where revenue is leaking, and show you the best starting system.
